Enthalpy Difference Laboratory

The hobby laboratory is a laboratory used to measure the cooling and heating capacity of air conditioners. It measures the supply air parameters, return air parameters, and air circulation of the air conditioner, and uses the product of the measured air volume and the difference between the supply air and the return air to determine the capacity of the air conditioner. The enthalpy difference is often used to provide unnecessary working conditions, such as a certain temperature, a certain relative humidity and other environmental conditions. It is an important testing place for modern air-conditioning testing devices and designs. The enthalpy difference laboratory adopts a number of design technologies to achieve energy saving in operation and reduce operating costs. Modular configuration according to the needs of users, can complete wind-wind, wind-water, water-wind test projects, become a multi-functional comprehensive laboratory, reduce project input costs, and create value for customers.

Air conditioning enthalpy difference laboratory case:

use:

This laboratory uses the air enthalpy difference method to measure the cooling capacity, heating capacity, low temperature unsteady heating capacity, power consumption, C.0.P., circulating air volume and seasonal energy consumption efficiency of room air conditioners. It can be used as an important means for the detection device and design and development of room air conditioners.

1) The system and experimental methods are based on: GB/I7725-96 (room air conditioners), GBT17758-1999 (unit air conditioners)

2) Basis of construction rules: National construction specifications for HVAC, water supply and drainage works.

Main equipment and engineering:

1) Laboratory room structure: 2) Compression condensing unit: 3) Air reprocessing equipment: 4) Humidification heater: 5) Air volume testing device, 6) Control cabinet: 7) Measuring instrument: 8) Refrigeration system piping works, 9 ) Water distribution system: 10) Electrical wiring: 11) Cooling and water supply and drainage system, 12) Computer system

Other equipment and works:

1) Condensation water removal;

2) Laboratory lighting;

3) Standard machine (prepared by Party A for calibrating the laboratory):

   This laboratory consists of two rooms (indoor side and outdoor side), and an air handling unit is installed in each room to control the air state in each room. In addition, the indoor innovation includes a set of air volume measuring device to measure the air volume and outlet enthalpy of the tested machine. The air volume measuring device includes a static pressure box, a receiving room, a nozzle and an induced draft fan, etc.

The measurement method is to install the tested air conditioner in the actual way, and to calculate the cooling and heating capacity by controlling the wet bulb temperature of the indoor and outdoor sides of the tested unit, and measuring the temperature, humidity and air volume of the air at the inlet and outlet of the indoor unit.

 This laboratory can be expanded into a one-for-three enthalpy-difference laboratory (composed of four constant temperature chambers), which can conduct a set of one-for-three air-conditioning tests, or independently and simultaneously conduct two sets of one-for-one-for-one air-conditioner tests.

Test items:

1) Rated cooling capacity test;

2) Rated heating capacity test;

3) Maximum operating refrigeration test;

4 Minimum operating refrigeration test;

5) Maximum running heating test;

6) Minimum running heating test;

7) Freezing test;

8) Condensation test;

9) Condensate removal test;

10) Automatic defrosting test;
