All-steel laboratory bench cabinet:

All steel test bench cabinets are made of 1.0-1.2mm thick domestic high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, which are punched and sheared by CNC precision CNC punching machines, CNC bending by Japan Amda, gas shielded welding, polishing and other processes. Washing and phosphating process treatment, chemical anti-rust treatment, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, the surface is sprayed with high temperature epoxy resin electrostatic powder, with good load-bearing performance and long service life. Fast forming, reasonable overall load-bearing, high acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. 

All-steel reagent rack:

The domestic high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.0-1.2mm is used, and the surface is sprayed with high-temperature epoxy resin electrostatic powder. It is formed by bending and welding for the base material. The position of the laminate can be adjusted arbitrarily. It can be equipped with other special equipment functions such as a central hanging cabinet. It can arrange gas pipelines, power supplies, and water source related supporting facilities; , multi-functional application, overall beauty, safe use and other functional characteristics; it can be used for wire output of different inner and outer corners.

Cabinet part slide rail/three-section rail:

Adopt Sino-Italian joint venture DTC brand hinge, concealed steel ball slide rail with hidden/support bottom, mute three-section guide rail; adjustable combined foot: it has the advantages of anti-skid, shock absorption, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, strong bearing capacity, etc. It is more suitable for laboratory used in the environment.

Cabinet body: It is made of anti-corrosion PP polypropylene porcelain white 10mm material, and it is professionally welded by the same color welding rod. 

Countertop: Made of PP polypropylene porcelain white 20mm material. 

Hanging cabinet: It is made of anti-corrosion PP polypropylene porcelain white 10mm material, and is professionally welded by the same color welding rod. 

Reagent rack: It is made of anti-corrosion PP polypropylene porcelain white 10mm material, and is professionally welded by the same color welding rod. 

Slide rails: Welded by hand, with self-sliding system. 

Hinge: It is made by one-time injection molding of PP mold. 

Socket: It is made by one-time injection molding of PP mold, with waterproof function, and equipped with high-quality multi-functional socket.

Stainless steel laboratory bench 

304 stainless steel plate has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties, good hot workability such as stamping and bending, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (non-magnetic, operating temperature -196 ℃ ~ 800 ℃).
