Its basic test principle:

The device adopts the white-motion measurement and control method of the counting machine. It only needs to manually install the product and replace the nozzle. The whole process of testing a sample only takes ten minutes. It can map the corresponding curves of static pressure and air volume, air volume and speed, current, power, efficiency, etc. The test can also be tested in two head states of inhalation and expulsion. It has the characteristics of convenience, speed, stability, and good reproducibility. It has been tested and used in the scientific research and production process of related products.

Laboratory general requirements:

Size: 4500 (width) × 6000) (length) × 2800 (height) mm or more.

Walls: smooth and flat, with no openings that affect airflow (air conditioner openings should not blow directly).

Ground: The ground should be kept flat.

Temperature and humidity: when the air volume is measured, the air temperature of the laboratory is -5°C-20°, and the humidity is 30%-80%RH (can be customized according to user requirements).

Atmospheric pressure: The altitude is not more than 1000 meters, and the ordinary atmospheric environment is less than 1000 meters.

Test system:

Main components: air volume test wind tunnel, auxiliary fan and damper adjustment mechanism, measurement and control electrical cabinet (including variable frequency power supply, electrical parameter measuring instrument, pressure transmitter, tachometer, etc.), brand computer, printer, test product lift table, test product Install flange and test duct.
