1.1 Design focus

1.2 Layout of design

There are many types of laboratory layout, such as one-way single channel laboratory layout, mouth-shaped double aisle laboratory layout, large room and small room laboratory layout and hybrid laboratory layout, which can be selected according to the specific situation.
It is recommended to consider the layout according to the actual working process of the laboratory or the centralized setting of the experimental rooms for the same purpose. Different experimental rooms (areas) are arranged in order to complete different experimental operations, and each experimental room (area) is arranged according to the order of experimental operations. 1.3 Design of buildings and utilities

1.4 Fire protection and safety design
The layout of the laboratory should consider that the fire evacuation corridor meets the specification requirements.
The water fire-fighting system shall be set up according to the requirements of the specification, and the pre action sprinkler system can be considered for spraying, so as to avoid the loss of equipment caused by accidental spraying.
Control the total amount of reagent storage, and select the reagent storage cabinet with ventilation.
If there is hydrogenation reaction, it should be set up separately, the area should be controlled to the minimum, and it should be arranged at the end of the building. It should be designed according to the explosion-proof area, and sufficient pressure relief area and door bucket should be considered.
The experimental area is equipped with emergency shower and eye washer and other personal protection safety measures.
Articles and personnel in contact with active bacteria should consider sterilization measures and do a good job in biosafety protection.
